What are your lead times?

Our standard lead time is 4-6 weeks. All of our products are made-to-order, meaning your piece is individually made for you after your order is placed.

What is the order minimum?

The opening order is 8 pieces in any variety and reorders are 2 pieces in any variety. Furniture pieces have no minimum quantity.

How do I check the status of my order?

Can I order samples?

Yes, complimentary fabric swatches are available upon request. Quantity limitations apply.

What is your return policy?

All products are made-to-order and are nonreturnable. If a product has a quality defect, all claims must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Net 30 Terms with approved trade references.

How do your products ship?

Our products are made-to-order and ship from our factory in Fresno, California. Our most economical & efficient partner is FedEx. We also offer dropship and expedited options.
