What are your lead times?

Our standard lead time is 3-4 weeks. All of our products are made-to-order, meaning your piece is individually made for you after your order is placed.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions and the volume of orders, our production and delivery process will take 6 to 8 weeks.

This will not be permanent and the D.V. KAP team is working diligently to get back to our 3-4 week delivery time as soon as possible. We truly appreciate your loyalty and patience.

How do I order?

What is the order minimum?

The opening order is 8 pieces in any variety and reorders are 2 pieces in any variety. Furniture pieces have no minimum quantity.

How do I check the status of my order?

Email customerservice@dvkaphome.com with your company name and PO number.

Can I order samples?

Yes, complimentary fabric swatches are available upon request. Quantity limitations apply.

What is your return policy?

All products are made-to-order and are nonreturnable. If a product has a quality defect, all claims must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

How do I pay?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Net 30 Terms with approved trade references.

How do your products ship?

Our products are made-to-order and ship from our factory in Fresno, California. Our most economical & efficient partner is UPS. We also offer dropship and expedited options.
